Your information

Privacy Policy

Effective 7 October 2026

This policy explains the information QScore uses when you play the game, visit this website, or contact support. It applies to guest accounts and email-linked accounts.

Who operates QScore

QScore is operated by Kennon Dlima, based in the United Arab Emirates. For privacy questions, contact qscoresupport@gmail.com.

Information used by the game

Information stored on your device

The app stores sign-in information and preferences, such as sound, haptics, roster choice and onboarding progress, on your device. It also stores information used to resume sessions or recover pending results. Removing the app does not by itself delete your server-side account or gameplay records.

How information is used and shared

Information is used to provide the game, maintain accounts, calculate results and rankings, restore progress, respond to support requests, and investigate technical problems or misuse.

Your display name and relevant scores, rankings and profile information may be visible to other players through leaderboards and multiplayer features. Avoid including private information in a public display name.

QScore uses service providers to operate these features:

Purchases are disabled in the current release, and the RevenueCat purchase service is not configured or sent a QScore account identifier. If purchases become available later, we will update this policy to explain the information used for purchases and entitlements before enabling them. Apple handles payment details for purchases made through the App Store; QScore does not ask you for a payment-card number.

These providers may process information in countries other than your own. Information may also need to be disclosed to comply with applicable legal requirements or protect the security of the service.

Website storage and tracking

This website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, a registration form or an email signup form. It uses locally hosted fonts. Its hosting provider may still process network requests and security logs when you visit.

Retention, deletion and your choices

We keep account and gameplay information while it is needed to operate your account and the game. You can permanently delete your account, including a guest account, in the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Deleting the app from your device alone does not delete your server-side account.

Account deletion removes your sign-in, profile, statistics, Ranked results and other records linked to your account. In a match with another person, their result and a de-identified match record may remain, but your player entry and account identifier are removed from that record. The server temporarily keeps your former account identifier and deletion time to reject existing sign-in tokens and handle retries. That marker becomes eligible for removal after 30 days and is removed by the next scheduled server cleanup while the server is running. Some technical logs, support messages and provider backups may remain for a limited period for security, support, operational or legal reasons; they are not part of your playable profile.

You can request access to or correction of your information, or ask about deletion, by emailing qscoresupport@gmail.com. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you. We keep support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage follow-up enquiries and meet applicable legal obligations. Depending on where you live, other data-protection rights may apply.

Children and young players

QScore is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian with a concern about a child's information, contact qscoresupport@gmail.com.
