Getting help with the game
To help us understand the issue, please include:
- Your device model and operating-system version.
- Your QScore app version, if available.
- What happened, the game mode and roster, and roughly when it happened.
- A screenshot, if useful. Please hide any private information first.
Never send passwords, sign-in codes, authentication tokens or payment-card details.
Report a question
Include the player name, the question and answer shown, and a reliable source explaining the correction. A screenshot is helpful.
Account and privacy enquiries
To permanently delete a guest or email-linked account, open Settings → Account → Delete account in the app and confirm. If you cannot access the app, or want to request access or correction, email the support address above with the subject “QScore privacy”. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on an email request. Do not send a password or sign-in code.
